Pay Now stopped working only on Invoices. I cannot figure it out. I thought perhaps it was because they were not logged in, but that was not the case? Any ideas?

How exactly is it not working?
Is the pay now button there? And if so, what happens when you click it?
Which payment option or options are you using?

The 'pay now' button is there. You can click the button, but nothing happens.

Also, when viewing the invoice, does it show the page is secure? httpS
I am guessing you are using Square and not over a secure page.
If you have a SSL installed, you should in your Sytist admin click Settings in the main menu. Then UNDERNEATH the left menu click edit config file.
Change the 3rd line from this:
$setup['url'] = "http://".$_SERVER['HTTP_HOST']."";
TO this:
$setup['url'] = "https://".$_SERVER['HTTP_HOST']."";
Then also be sure you are accessing your admin with httpS in the address bar.
