Customer Cannot See Favorites

My customer clicks on the heart to save her favorites; however, when she tries to view all of them, she gets the error message I have attached.

What is the error message? Try to attach the error again.

It appears you tried to do the auto update but it failed because of folder permissions on the server are not writable by default, so you had mismatched version files. I have manually updated your Sytist so it should be working now.
