Booking Time Slot Issue

Hi Tim,

we seem to be experiencing an issue with our time slot selection on our website. It used to book in 5min incriminates (which is what we prefer), but now it is doing random times. Do you know what could be causing the issue? I've looked on our back end for the booking set up and it's showing that we have it set to the 5min segments so I am not sure what could have changed. I'm attaching a photo for you to view.

Thanks!

It looks like it is set to 3 minutes. Edit that booking service and see if it is set to 3 minutes there.

I checked and it is set to 5min, but is still appearing on the booking site as 3min.

I am having an issue not being able to add a buffer. Maybe this is a feature we need. I don't want to have to block out 1.5 hours because the client will think that's how long their session is. I want to be able to book 1 hour and add a half hour buffer?

I thought you use to be able to do something like this?

How can I accomplish this.

i just had two people book a session 12:00 and 12:30 and they did it before I was able to put in travel time for two different locations.

Adina , edit that booking service and down the right see if custom available days is check and then if BLOCKS is set to 3 minutes. If not then you will need to email me the link to your admin with the username and password and the name of the booking service because you have something is set to 3 minutes.

Alicia, you can set the Length to 1 hour 30 minutes. It doesn't actually show them it is for 1 hour 30 minutes. You can just put in the description it is an 1 hour session.
