Hi Tim,
For some odd reason, the system is shortening the county field in the shipping address.
The billing address shows the County correctly - it's just that the shipping address shortens it.
What can I do to fix this?
Image attached for an example
Thanks

I have tested it and don't get the same thing.
If you view the packing slip, does it show the same? And other orders?

Hi Tim,
Yes, I'm afraid it also appears on the packing slip.
It affects all orders and cuts after 10 characters (including space). Once again, it only affects the shipping address.
Thanks Tim

This should fix it for new order.
Click Settings in the main menu.
Then underneath the left menu click MySQL query.
Copy the following line, paste it in the query box and click run:
ALTER TABLE `ms_pending_orders` CHANGE `order_ship_state` `order_ship_state` VARCHAR(200) CHARACTER SET utf8 COLLATE utf8_general_ci NOT NULL DEFAULT '';
