Hi Tim

I am tearing my hair out here. Trying to set up a free download option for client allowing them to download one image at a time. But every way I set up a free download the "download all" button is there, an option I don;t want to give this client. Any help most welcome, What have I missed?

Thanks
Paul

In Photo Products -> Product Base, edit your free download product and uncheck the option "Allow customer to download all in zip files".

Hi Tim
Thanks for fast response.
I have done as you said and un ticked the box but download all button still appears when this customer logs into gallery. I have tried it on another device in case it was a problem with the cache but was still there.

You may have multiple free download products in your product base and have edited the wrong one. Check to see if you have others.

Hi Tim

It appears when you assign an account for free downloads using the free downloads option when editing a gallery it automatically adds that. Didn't notice it before.

What you would have to do is create a price list with the free download and assign that price list to the gallery instead of assigning the account like above. It shouldn't show the download all button

Hi Tim

Thanks for this am I reading it wrong it seems that my single customer will not be the only one to download for free from this gallery. To make it clear I have a gallery where all visitors (after logging in) can purchase downloads or prints. One person is to be allowed to download single images for free. Sorry if I have misunderstood you.
Best wishes

You could assign the price list with the free download to that customer's account. Then he/she would be able to download for free and no one else would be able to and there won't be a download all button.
