When in the page designer click Add Design Element then in the left menu scroll down to Dynamic Content & Forms.

i'm having trouble getting a form setup to transfer to a web page. It is requiring content in the success message box at "save". the instructions say to leave the success message box empty and supply a url for the web site to transfer to. jon

It says to leave the Redirect URL blank if you are just going to show the success message.
If you want it to redirect to another page after the form is submitted (like a thank you page), then you can enter in that page link in the redirect URL. Otherwise it will display the success message after the form is submitted.
Even if you use the redirect URL option, you need something in the success message even if it is a period.
