Wrong Photos In My Cart

Hi
My client used her password and got on to the page with her sons photos but when se put them inn the cartshe got photos from totally different photo shoot and with different password then hers. In the cart she didn't see the photos she added of her son just some other photos. She put only one photo in her cart bud there wear more photos there when se view her cart. She first tried this few weeks ago and again to day and to day she had different photos then last time. I have had this happened once before. I logged onto her side and tried it on my browser and it is working fine. I see her son both on t the side and in the cart.

Do you know if your hosting is using any sort of caching service like Varnish, Cloud Flare, or Site Lock? Those can cause weird problems like seeing wrong content.

No they are not using any caching. What else could it be.

Is she sharing a computer by chance? Have her go to the My Account section and select the change email address option. Have her tell you if it is the right one.

She dos not have "My Account" on the side.
I have one mane Section on my side for all the school I photograph.
In there I have gallery's for each school so I can give them early bird specials.
So when she goes to the school page and logs inn she should get photos from her schools gallery.
The photos she gets are from 2-3 different galleries.

If she is logging in, there should be a link in the menu on your website to access the account. If not, go to Design -> Menu Links and edit the My Account link and enable it so your customers can access their account. Then have her see if she is logged into her account or another one.
