Uploaded Photos Don't Appear In Sytist Photos Section But Are Viewable Online

Hi,

I've uploaded a gallery of images but after uploading them rather than showing the images within the Sytist "Photos" tab there is just a blank page. I can click on and view the other tabs but there's nothing on the "Photos" tab. The photos appear online and behave normally there.

I deleted the page and set up another with a slightly different name in case that caused a problem but exactly the same problem has occurred. I then uploaded a couple of test galleries to different sections and the same thing happens.

Any ideas what may be up?

Sounds like possibly a corrupt file or something in your browser causing that. I really have no idea though because I have never heard of that happening. You would have to email me the link to your Sytist admin with the username and password so I can test it.

I'm having this problem, too. The photos I've uploaded are not visible via the site admin, but they are via the client's link.

You can email me the following for me to look into it:

1) Link to your Sytist admin.

2) The admin username and password (or create me an admin account by clicking Admins in the upper right corner of the admin pages).

3) The gallery in which you uploaded the photos to.

It must have been a cache issue, as the images are there, now.
