Cannot Add Shipping To Cart

I cannot get shipping options to add to cart. How do you active this?

Shipping is added at checkout, not added to cart. If you are not seeing the option at checkout after entering in your billing info (the first screen), then maybe the items in cart are not marked as shippable.

All options are ticked, it is taking customer to Paypal without shipping options

I assume you are testing with items in your cart. In Photo Products -> Product Base, edit that item or items and be sure the option toward the bottom "Do not calculate shipping" is not checked.
