Upload - Seems To Work Fine- Pictures Do Not Show Up.

Recently updated to firefox's latest update, and have photocart 2.5 that I am assured will continue to work without paying annually for upgrades/fixes. However, with this last update, photos will not upload into the galleries. I was able to download and install google chrome (which I hate) and get my gallery images online. However what is the LONG TERM solution for a software that I purchased that will "always" work that is now "broken" due to browser changes. Is there absolutely no support for software that is over a year old?

It is probably an issue between Firefox and Adobe Flash which the uploader requires Adobe Flash. A new uploader was developed and added in the 2.6 Sytist update which does not require flash. So if you don't want to update your Sytist I guess your only option is to upload using Chrome. I can't go back and try to get Firefox to work with Adobe Flash especially since Adobe Flash is on the way out.

What I would expect is that the software would continue to work- and you would update it to that limit- I do not need all the new functionality. I think there is an expectation that you would support the software that I purchased. Especially since its only been a bit over a year ago, and being a long time supporter and user of your software 10+ years. I would NOT expect software I purchased to be defunct now, and now not working, especially since we/you knew flash was going to be an issue for years. You should provide the new uploader to ALL owners of stylist or you might as well eliminate the option to purchase your software and go to a subscription format.

I am concerned about purchasing yearly support and updates, if its the only way that this software will work moving forward.
