I've set up a price list with print products and also unlimted free downloads. When I'm testing it on a gallery and I click on the free download I get this:

Are you hosting at Godaddy? Godaddy did something a while back that caused that issue for a lot of people. Re-uploading the Sytist files seemed to fix it.
