Hi Tim,
I just sent this in an email with my log in credentials, Wanted to post the issue here as well to go through proper channels.
I received an email from my host letting me know my site had been migrated from one server to another. From server number 437 to 455. Sytist is now down. No dashboard, no web pages.
Instructions from my Host:
Ask software developers to get more info on what file the database info is in. The database is not connecting because the connection string in the code needs to be updated.
Please advise.
Thank you for your time.
