Email Setting? How To Send An Email?

I have to be missing something simple because I've searched everywhere for email settings and can't find them. I can't even find a way to send a single email from sytist. I've found email templates and a place to activate cron but that's it. Are there tutorials anywhere for this kind of thing? Thanks!

If you mean to email people with information about a gallery, view the gallery in the admin and click the People tab. There you can email the gallery information.

One question though. I noticed in the manual that there is supposed to be an email settings tab in the settings menu but I don't have that? Am I missing something?

The email settings are for those hosting Sytist on their own hosting. Sytist Hosted doesn't have that option because it is already set to what it needs to be and wouldn't need to be changed.
