"missing Token" Error Message With Online Payment

I have my site setup with Stripe for online payments. This morning, I had a client email me because she was receiving a "missing token" error message when trying to complete payment. I double checked the Stripe payment settings in the Sytist system, and they were all good. I ran a credit card payment through the system with no issues, and cannot figure out what the problem was.
Is this an isolated issue?? Can you think of anything causing this??

I don't know why you would be getting that message. I just did a test transaction with Stripe and went through fine.
Is your SSL still good and using httpS at checkout?

Thank you for the reply!!! Yes, SSL is good and using https at checkout. Yesterday, I had a couple customer transactions go through without any issues, so I guess this was an isolated issue with this one person. Maybe at the second she was trying to run the transaction, Stripe was having a technical issue which resolved itself.
