Some of my client's downloads are being delivered at 96 dpi and others are at 300 dpi.
I'm not sure how to predict when this happens and I can't seem to find the setting for it either. Is there any way to adjust / control what happens with the dpi?
I have a client who needs their download to be 300 dpi because her company specifically requested that; some of my download products work at 300 dpi but her mid-resolution download comes at 96 dpi. Can Sytist deliver at 300dpi or should I do it manually and just email it?

If they are downloading the original file without it being resized (download size set to 0), it will retain the DPI and is not processed.
If it is processed/resized, then it won't retain the DPI and gets changes to 72 or 96. So if it is not the original file, you would need to email it to them.
