Ordering Packages

Hi Tim,

I’ve had a few people complaining about having difficulty with packages. I think this is mostly due to having buy nows as well as prints within the packages. This means the prints need to be in a package within the package. This appears to make it hard for clients to select the print images.

This is feedback from today. I’ve also had several phone calls with the same problem. It appears to depend on their browser as some people have been able to order with no problems (as far as I know).

“I was also trying to add photos to a "pack" - the link "add to pack" comes up below the image, but when I clicked on any image it said that image wasn't available to be added - I couldn't add any images to a pack.”

It sounds like maybe you have different price lists assigned to different galleries they are ordering from, and the collection is not part of both price lists. If someone adds a collection to cart from one gallery, then goes to another gallery that doesn't have a collection part of the price list, it won't allow them to add the photos from that gallery to that collection.
