Checking Off "shippable" In Photo Products With 2 Shipping Options

Hi.
I am trying the 7 day trial.
I am setting up my price list but am not sure if I should check off "shippable" in the details for my collections. As mentioned in recent posts, I am having an issue with the shipping option not changing after the due date, and with the shipping address, so I don't know what will be the impact if I check or do not check the "shippable".

The shippable option means the product would be eligible for shipping. So if it is prints that may be shipped, then check that option.
