HI,
I have a customer who double ordered (and paid) for a package when he actually just wants one of the packages. Is there a way I can fix this on my end and change it to just one of packages being ordered and he is refunded the over payment?

What you will have to do is view the order in the admin then you can edit the products on the order and change the quantity.
Then you will need to click the Edit Order tab and adjust all the totals. Then process the refund with through the payment processor used.
