Hosting at godaddy? If so, you are the third person that has mysteriously started having this error hosting at godaddy.
You will need to download the Sytist files from the order you originally purchased Sytist on:
https://www.picturespro.com/index.php?view=account
Upload the sytist_UPGRADE_files from that zip file following the manually upgrading instructions to fix it.

I would suspect you didn't upload the files to the correct place. Did it ask you to overwrite the files when uploading?

What I used to do and it always worked was to just put a "0" in the size area since I only want to give them one size to download. Now however, I have to put "0,Large" for it to work. It isn't a problem I guess but it did work by just putting a "0". If I just put the "0", I get that error message that I sent to you.
