Slowed Down Upload And 'deleting Photos From The Delete Que' Doesnt Stop

Hi Tim,
Lately my photo uploads have been extremely slow. I have noticed since this has been happening that the 'Deleting photos from the delete que' message is in the right-top corner and has the loading arrows rotating every time I log in now. But it doesn't seem to be deleting any photos. Is there something I can do to stop the 'delete que' and speed up the upload again?

What version of Sytist are you using? There have been improvements made in the updates to the delete queue to help speed it up among other things.
