Deleting Items In Forms

I am unable to delete elements in a form I've created.
When I hover over an element it allows me to edit the content but there is no option to delete it.
It does say at the top of the form - hover to edit/delete an item.
Is this just in my installation?
I notice since the last update that I'm seeing broken icon images and scrambled images of Template options also. Perhaps this is part of the same issue.

It sounds like you are missing some files. You should re-upload the upgrade files following these instructions and see if it fixes the missing files

I redownloaded v2.7.2 and uploaded following instructions in manual.
This did not change anything.
I logged in using Safari, Chrome (my default) and Firefox. Discovered they see the information differently...in the latter case an empty square box represented the deleted item feature.
I am missing graphics or the links are broken somehow.
I have deleted all caches but that does not resolve the missing graphics link.
These are the files I uploaded:-
sy-admin folder as is
sy-footer.php
sy-inc folder as is
sy-layouts as is
sy-main.php
sy-photo.php
sy-style.php
sy-vstats.php
Is this the correct procedure?
I'm not sure if I should have uploaded the sy-admin folder.

I have your site in my FTP so I deleted your sy-admin folder & reuploaded it so check it now. You may need to clear your cache. It must be something with your FTP program and the way the files were uploaded. Maybe the charset.

That is now fixed.
Thank you for your very quick response and for resolving the issue.
