For some reason I am unable to insert my logo in the header or footer area of my default email area. Is anyone else having any problem?
Also, I don't see any editing buttons for text, linking, etc.

The main header & footer in the design section was set to plain text which also controls that area. I changed it back to the WYSIWYG editor and you will have the options there now.
