Is there a way to setup a product that is only available for purchase when minimum is met? I currently offer a special price on a team picture when the customer spends $60 or more.
This is setup as an album with a single picture. I use it for T&I Prepay.

There is not a way to do that. You can make it required where someone has to add to cart something in one product group before the other products are available;

Or you could do something with collections where you can have additional products available that aren't part of the collection;
