Bizzare Invoice Error In V 2.6

I created an invoice for a repeat client. The invoice was a stand alone invoice not attached to any gallery or product.
When the client paid the invoice I received an email with 40 or so products ordered with 5 or 6 clients names attached. Items in the order ranged from packages, to photos. Some from current galleries, some from expired galleries and some from password protected galleries.
The invoice also contained the name of multiple clients.
Date, Order Number, and email address were all blank.
