Lead Generation

Hi Tim,

Is it possible to have new leads from the contact form or any other forms on Sytist to automatically create a client profile or an account for them?

I would like to keep track of all emails, notes, which forms they used, ect., so if they come back in the future, I already have all the emails and notes from talking to them. Right now all new leads are sent via email and stored, but it would be nice to have all that information saved in Sytist.

Example, client calls, as I'm on the phone with them, I search their name, and everything shows up from all past contacts, notes, ect.. I think this would be awesome to add to our client's customer service experience. Right now, I have information all over the place and hard to gather it from several locations while on the phone.

Thanks again,

William

It is currently not possible. Isn't this the same as what we discussed via email about a week ago?

Yes, it was pretty much the same stuff, but I overlooked something that I didn't realize happened.

I had a ton of emails sent through Sytist for clients that haven't created an account yet. Once they created an account, all of these emails from the contact form and others that I sent out all populated to their account.

I can create an account right away for have everything show up in Sytist with their names right away, but then I run into the issues if they create one with facebook login then it doesn't populate the same way, and I'll have two accounts with their names.

I have all clients create accounts right away to help avoid waiting for them to do it later on. I like to view their account information to see what I have done with them already and what's the next step I need to do.

I was probably overthinking this one a little too much from our email last week.
