Egift Card Details Don't Show In Cart/order

eGift Card Details are not displaying when they have been added to a cart. Also, clients are not able to see the order details when they log in and view order history nor am I able to view the details in order history. They just look like a "mystery order" for the purchase amount. It wasn't until I viewed at purchased eGift Cards that I could see that one was ordered.

I just tested a couple of times and the eGift Card details are on my test orders. Which payment option was used where you don't see it on the order?

The payment was made using Square. I uploaded a partial screenshot from the admin. I also logged in as a the client and the info is blank from the "My Orders" section too.
