Images In Gallery Not Loading

I apologize up front but I am not seeing the source you mention in my Admin then settings to the left of the page:

To increase the PHP memory, you will need to edit your sy-config.php file. In your Sytist admin, click on Settings in the main menu, then under the left menu click edit config file.

I'm unable to upload any images and I'm not getting an error message. I've spent 15 min trying to find the sy-config.php file and I'm just not seeing it, can you help?

Hi Tim,

I have made the changes in the sy-config.php file however I'm still not able to upload any images. I'm not getting an error message it just doesn't upload. I'm hosting through IPage if that makes a difference.

I really need to get my client images online. It's been over a week that I have not been able to upload images. Please let me know what to do...

Are they uploading and you are not seeing them? Or are you clicking the upload button and nothing is happening?

If nothing is happening when clicking the upload button and you are using Safari on Apple, then it is most likely a bug in a recent Apple/Safari update. See this:

You can try to use Chrome or Firefox.
