Free Downloads Not Working

I have set up free downloads for a corporate event we photographed. When I tested to see if the downloads would work, the system downloads a 0byte file. The photos are hosted on AWS. Thanks for your help!

The reason it is not working is because the photos were uploaded with the discard original file option checked, so there is no photo file to create a download from.
