After the update all the sub-galleries now have a blank gallery expire date. The main gallery is correct in having the gallery expiration date.

Sub galleries should not be showing an expiration date. Post a screen shot or send me a link to where I can see this.

At some point you added the gallery expires text to the layout file. The last update I made it so it would say expires before the date so that isn't needed now.

Go to Design -> Page Display & Content Listing Layouts

Under listing layouts, click the On Photo one.

Remove that "Gallery Expires:" text from there.

Tim,
I accidentally removed the entire line instead just the "gallery expires:"

Can you give me the code to put back for the expiration.

Nevermind, I figured it out. However the expiration text is now dark grey. How do I change the color to the expiration text. The gallery text is fine and white, exactly how I have it in the theme editor.

This is the default code for that

<div class="preview">
<?php listingPhoto($page); ?>
<div class="text">
<div class="headline"><h2><?php listingTitle($page);?></h2></div>
<div class="previewtext"><?php listingExpireDate($page);?></div>
</div>
</div>
