I am installing on Westhost, when I get to the point "click here to remove installation files" I get an error that they can not find the file.

the file is in the folder that it is looking for but must have the wrong path.

Are you installing in a sub folder or the root? And if in a sub folder, are you using wordpress in the root? If so, it could be a conflict with the .htaccess file.

It could be what you selected on the install page. If you have the files in a /sytist folder, did you select your are installing in a sub folder or did you select installing in the root?

You can also email me directly if you like and send me FTP info and I can take a look.
