3/4 of my clients pay via online choices and have their order shipped, but the other 1/4 like to pay via check/cash and pick up their order.
I have tried to find a way that I can have an option for those people to not automatically get shipping charged to them since they are going to pick up their order.
Is that something that is available? I am hoping that I just missed it, but I have looked everywhere and read the faq's and just can't find it..
Thanks for any help!

You can offer a pickup option in Settings -> Shipping. It will be available for anyone, even if they pay online.

Ok, I apologize... I have tried everything that I see on the Shipping page. Everything I try seems like you have to do free shipping OR charge shipping... I cant' see anything that would offer the option for the client to choose that they were going to pick up the order and therefore don't need to pay shipping.

I see: Create New Shipping Group and Add New Shipping Method and neither of those let the client choose if they are going to pick up or need to pay shipping, it's just either/or...

I am assuming that I am looking right at it and am clearly missing it, and I am embarrassed...but I am sure that is the case and I apologize, lol.

Thanks!

Under the default shipping group >
add a new shipping method >
Title it what you want, usually 'Pick up' >
Place a tick in the box >
'This option is for a pick up or no shipping address needed'

The client will select 'Pickup' option at check out.
