Paypal Reversed A Payment

I have an order that was placed and I delivered to the customer. But now paypal has reversed the payment and refunded it back to the customer. How do I go about reflecting this on their order so that it will show their order has not been paid for?

When viewing the order, change the status to Trashed. Or if you don't want to actually trash the order, you can edit the order and remove the payment information.
