Hi, hoping someone can help me with what seems to be a simple issue but I can't for the life of me get it to work. For some reason the fields in my forms are all centering instead of aligning left. They were left before then something changed. Example attached.

I don't see anything attached, but edit the page your form is on, and where [FORM] is, select it and choose align left from the alignment icon in the editor.

What is the link to the page with this form? I looked at your contact form and it is not centered.

You have this in the code somewhere:
<center><img src="http://goosebump.com.au/goosebump2/sy-misc/logos/GPLogo1708261.png"width="35%" height="35%"></centre>
It's not in the header, but it might be in Design -> Header & Footer in the Head code or Head script area. It doesn't need to be in there, it needs to be in the Header & footer tab.
And </centre> should be </center>

Great, found it. I had planted it in the CODE section thinking that was where to center my logo, I didn't realise it would affect the form. Moved at as suggested and all is good. Thank you Tim.
