I have just moved from one hosting platform to another... the move has taken over a week and subsequently, clients have booked in and paid for work on the old site since doing the complete backup that has been installed on the new host. I have taken a backup of the SQL for sytist but I can't find where to load from that backup?!
Help please :)

You will need to go into the PHPMyAdmin section of your hosting control panel to import the file. You might be better off exporting the database from the PHPMyAdmin on the old server and using that to import into the new one.
Better yet, I would
1) Export the old database
2) Create a new database on the new host.
3) Import the exported database into the new database.
4) Update the sy-config.php with the new database info.
BUT ...... Anything that has been done in the new install will be wiped out.
