Update: Even though the IP address was blocked in the security settings 24 hours ago, it still scanned my website today....
Anyone else having the Amazon Bot with ip address 52.26.199.135 scanning your website?
It attempted to also scan the sitemap.xml file, but appears to have reached a 404 error for the effort.
Scans are heavy on the store - new account section.
I am not aware of Amazon having a search engine.
I am thinking about blocking the ip address but could just be concerned about nothing.

It is probably harmless and probably someone using their hosting server to try to create like a bot.
You can block the IP address via .htaccess file.
