I need to send contracts to some clients who booked, paid for their order but did not register for and account how can I do that?

You will first need to create them an account in the admin then add the contract.

Oh bummer, it would be nice to send them a contact without needing to have an account. Most clients don't open accounts until after their session, and for proofing and print orders only. I'm not sure I need to update for this feature if it doesn't make my workflow easier. Hopefully in the future?

You can create them an account in the admin. They don't have to sign into their account to sign the contract. The contract just needs to be attached to an account.
