Csv Reports Are Blank

When we view data in the reports section we can see our sales numbers on screen, but when we try to export the file as a .CSV it creates a blank file (0 bytes). We've tried adjusting a few options but haven't been able to generate a report with content.

I've checked on 4 different installations and no problems exporting the reports. You would need to email me admin link and username and password and FTP username and password to troubleshoot.
