Display Title On Hover

Is there an option for displaying image titles on hover, instead of displaying the file names?

Currently there is not an option for that, but something in my notes to look into.

I think this describes my problem better than the other thread.

So i've changed all my ALT names to erase pertinent file information - so instead of JOHN_SMITH_76 as a file on a page display gallery, the alt code is "man_on_bicycle_generic_name_photos"
Which is great.

But when the mouse hovers, it still shows the world that it's John Smith of No Privacy Inc.

Hopefully that makes better sense.
