Upload Photos From Safari

I'm unable to upload photos using Safari (Version 9.1.1) on the Mac, just since the last version of Sytist. The "Select Photos" button just does nothing. It's always worked fine for me in the past. My Mac's running El Capitan Version 10.11.5. Chrome works fine so that's a fine workaround for me, but I'm a Safari person usually... Thanks!

It sounds like you have Adobe Flash disabled in your Safari browser which is needed for the uploader. Look for an option to enable / disable flash in your browser.

It is most likely a bug in a recent Apple/Safari update. See this:

You can try to use Chrome.

Same issue more or less on Firefox version 57.0.1
Is there any reason why we are using Flash uploader at all? I have all browsers except chrome as it is a energy hog. Shouldn't have to be using a specific browser should I?

Actually if I just open Chrome upload and close it again. Then what's the problem. Perhaps in the future we use HTML 5 uploader. Until then...

Oh and btw, what a kick ass update, 2.5! Where did this come from?!? Absolutely beautiful update. Great new design features. You hit it out of the ballpark Tim.

I do plan on developing an HTML uploader to get rid of the flash one at some point, things just take time ... like that last update!
