Changing Watermark/ Watermark Opacity After Gallery Upload

Hi. I've been using Sytist for a few months. It's a fantastic product, great design!
I've recently shot a number of sporting events but reviewing the galleries it looks as though my Watermark isn't really strong enough.
Can I change the opacity in the galleries after uploading them and making them live or can I completely change the watermark without having to go through uploading every picture again. I think 2000 images in total, so looking for a quick way to batch change .
Thanks

There isn't a way to change the watermarking after the photos are uploaded.

Also there is not a way to change the opacity of it without creating your own watermark. Info here:

A question I had which this may answer, but please confirm: if I change my watermark, photos already uploaded will retain the original watermark?

The reason I ask is because I would like to use different watermarks for different types of photo shoot; right now uploads only use the watermark file I choose in "settings". So if I wanted to use a different watermark for one gallery, could I change it in settings, upload the photos, and then change the settings back to the original watermark for future uploads?

The photos are watermarked on upload so if you change the watermark, it won't change the existing photos.

Tim with the addition to greenscreen could there be a way to have a top layer to handle watermarks or logos, now that you have a way to replace a background? And therefore not actually written to the images them self? Think it would shrink upload/production time on the server. I know we would like to use different watermarks or logos on our products when needed. Thanks!

It is not possible to do that. Just overlaying a watermark over the photo isn't a good way to do it because the original unwatermarked photo could be gotten from the source.

Let's figure this out. This is a very real issue. Branding is key to successful businesses. If the filenames are the same and you simply delete all photos and upload them again in order to re-watermark, what do you lose? The key, the tags, dead links from previously shared posts online?

When replacing photos, you don't lose the key, tags, etc.... and won't be dead links from shared photos because those shared photos are stored on for example, Facebook servers.
