Not Receiving Credit Card Info

We have been using the manual process payment option and getting 2 separate print-outs for the order and credit card information. For some reason, we are now not receiving the email with the first half of the credit card information. We only can go into the admin to get the second half of the CC info.
Is it possible to get the rest of the information if we don't receive the email? And, why are we not getting the order email?

Same here ??

I have been using this system and it has been working fine.

The last order on the 8th December i got the email to say the client had created an account but then didnt get the order details and credit card info ?

Is this a bug since the upgrade ??
