Settings>admin settings MySQL Date Format %e %M, %Y MySQL Time Format %h:%i %p Down the bottom of the page

Thanks, I've tried this and yet still when I am editing a gallery, the date will show as 1/9/2018 - to me that means 1st September 2018 - how can I change this to show it as dd/mm/yyyy? Elsehwere the date shows as 9 January 2018 which is great
