Drag And Drop Photos Directly To Desktop Is Still Possible

So I found this old topic from 2017 and posted a response there, but it is clearly not being spotted or picked up, so I figured I'd open a new topic.
(https://www.picturespro.com/support-forum/sytist/index.php?t=35810-click-drag-to-save-from-locked-gallery is the old one)

I have noticed that it is still possible for people to just drag and drop photos from a gallery directly to their desktop without buying them first.
Granted, they will get a photo with watermarks on it, but this clearly isn't stopping them from doing it anyway.

In the old topic it was said this would be disabled again, but it doesn't seem like it ever was.
Can this possibility be removed (again), please?

Many thanks!

No matter what you try to do they will still take the image. Too many tools out there like print page, clipping tool ETC. I even have had people print the watermarked image and hand them out. No matter what we try to do to protect ourselves it will be defeated. All we can do is watermark.

They can not drag and drop the enlarged photo a gallery because of the magnification feature. Perhaps you are doing it in the admin.

But like Vance said, there are many other ways for someone to get a photo like a simple screenshot with the phone.

The magnification feature will only apply if the resolution of the image is larger than the display, otherwise images are 'drag and droppable'. All of my images are 900px long edge; well below the resolution of most displays.

Watermarks are the only thing we can really use.
