Shipping Status

Looks like the shipping status and tracking numbers are not being saved on the orders after adding that information.

I have seen this happen a few times too, looking at the orders seems to happen to created invoices and when offline payments are taken.

I think Vance said it right. I did notice that shipping status saved on an order taken by a customer who purchased on the site but when I added shipping to two orders where I created the invoices the shipping status didn't "stick".

When an order / invoice doesn't have a shipping option selected it won't show a tracking number even if it is added. I will make a note of it.
