Hi there - I know I can delete an order at the bottom of the page but will it refund the client when it is deleted? If not - is there an option where you can cancel a new order and it will refund the client? Thank you!

You will have to process any refunds through your payment processor. Like if they paid with PayPal you would have to refund them through the PayPal website.

They do not have a way to cancel their own order. They would have to contact you.
