Calendar - Blocked Out Time Still Available To Book

Hello Tim

I'm having a problem with the calendar - I have blocked out 4 hours from 9am for Monday 22 July but slots are still showing on my site for the bookings. Please help!

Is it showing for a special event booking? If so, the blocked out times don't affect special events. You would need to adjust the times for the special events.

Or maybe you offer more than one time slot for the booking service. In that case, you need to check the option "Block out all available slots for this time " for the time you blocked out.

No - there are no special events and only one time slot is provided for services; there is no override on any of the services. I have the option checked to "Block out all available slots for this time". I've also tried selecting the
"All day" check box and that works to block the whole day but this is not what I want. I've sent you an email.
