Best Way To Give A 1 Set Free Item And/or A $15 Print Credit (print)

Hey Tim,
I have a situation where I have a league that wants to buy every athlete 1 - 8x10 Print. What would be the best way to set this up in a Pre-Sale gallery? Would it be a coupon for a specific item?

2. I also have a league that wants me to provide a $15 credit to be given to low income families. What would be the best way to set that up? I assume it would be a print credit, Is there a batch method to produce print credits?

I can't think of a way for them to select a free 8x10 on a pre-pay gallery. Maybe just include it for every order without them having to order it?

2) You could create a coupon for $15. Or for specific products print credit. When creating a coupon or print credit, you will see a batch option.

1. Could yo create a Print credit that only can be used on a "collection" that only contains a 8x10? Would that work on a Pre-order Gallery?

You can create a print credit for a collection that only contains 1 8x10. You will need to make sure the option in the collection does not have "Require all products to have photo selected." checked. But if you are having customers come back later to select photos for their pre-orders, they won't be able to select a photo for that print credit. But if they are not returning later to select photos for their pre-order, then it should be fine.
