Order Placed, But Invoice Is Blank, And No Session On The Books

A client has placed an order. The transaction went through.

When I click on th invoice, nothing is there, but I do see the details of the transaction. I received the automated email with all the details of the transaction.

When I click on View Client, I see that there is no appointment made. But, again, I received the email with the details of the session.

The appointment is unconfirmed.
Please advise. Happy to give you my log in credentials if needed.

Edit: If I had to guess... The original 2.5 hour appointment was made for 3:00pm, and the last available appointment time of the day is 6:00pm. However she added an add-on which caused the appointment to extend 60minutes, which is past closing time, causing some sort of error.

I was actually working on an issue like this yesterday. I believe what has happened is that the script that checks to see if the time is still available still checks even after the payment has processed due to a network delay (even though it stops when the customer hits the pay button after entering in their card info). I can't replicate it, but in theory it is possible. I am still working on it to see if I can duplicate it happening.

Another client just booked a shoot. Same thing.

I get the emails, but I'm having the same problem.

No order details.
No session scheduled.

My only saving grace is that I am receiving the order confirmation emails.

One change I made recently was turning off PayPal as a payment option leaving me only with Square.

I am having an issue like this now

If you click pay now, it shows you the amount but not the invoice?
Any ideas?
