Book Now Button Disappeared

I had a booking calendar page all set up, no problems . . . someone even went and booked a session. And then i discovered the page design feature. I tried to change some things around and it looked fine except the "book now" button has disappeared. Any idea why this happened and how to get it back?

I figured it out. i'm not sure what i did -- went in and deleted a bunch of design elements and then put them back in . . . I have no idea. haha
but i tried including a 'form' that will act as a contract and it looks fine on a desktop, but terrible on a phone. Any advice on that?

It looks like you added quite a bit of padding in the row you added the form which is probably causing it. Edit it with the page designer and edit the row settings for the row with the form and look for the padding option and decrease it.
