When trying to add a form element to the contact us page using the page designer, it doesn't give us an option to choose the form.

It just gives a small rectangular button that does nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In your Sytist admin, click on Forms in the main menu. Is there a default Contact form there or did you delete it? Should be a default one.

I just figured it out, I wasn't selecting the form under "Row Styling". Thanks!
